Welcome to Boulder Mountain Highlands; home to peaceful gated living and beautiful views. We enjoy the seclusion of desert living along with the benefits of being located just minutes from Loop 202, shopping, and restaurants.
As our community is full of beautiful views and opportunities to relax, ramadas and picnic areas dot the area.
This is the southern view towards the city of Mesa from the lower ramada and picnic area on Boulder Mountain in the Estates.
Overlooking the Horizons II Neighborhood from the lower ramada in the Estates.
Beautiful desert plants thrive throughout the area. Here, Brittlebush is in full bloom on our community's namesake Boulder Mountain.
Crimson Hedgehog Cactus is among the many varieties of cacti at Boulder Mountain.
Gooddings Verbena is another beautiful inhabitant to be enjoyed as you stroll through the area.
Originally put in place to guide pilots before instrument navigation was widespread, Mesa's version of the famed Hollywood sign is right out our back door.
With our proximity to the expanses of Usery Mountain Regional Park, we share the area with numerous friendly residents of the Sonoran desert.
Desert Marigold is another colorful sight common in the area.
